Shoecup.com has easy returns! One of the core values that we stress to everyone at Shoecup is to be "Customer Focused"--to keep the satisfaction of our customers in mind at all times. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable. If you elect to ship using something other than the prepaid UPS return shipping label, we recommend that you insure your return package as Shoecup.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

When returning items from a purchase for which you used a promotional discount or coupon code, the remainder of your purchase must still meet the requirements of the promotional discount to receive the discount. Otherwise, you will forfeit the discount in your refund. For example, if you buy 3 items using a coupon code that requires the order's Sub Total to be more than $100 and you return one item, the Sub Total of the remaining two items purchased must still meet the $100 requirement. If not, the amount of the coupon code discount will be deducted from your Refund amount. All free shipping items will have a 15% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Exchanges at this time. Because our merchandise sells so quickly, we cannot guarantee that items will stay on reserve. If you’d like to make an Exchange, we recommend returning the first item and making a separate order for the desired item.
