In response to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, we’re closely monitoring the impact of the pandemic and continuing to engage in active measures to support our customers, employees, and communities during this challenging time.
- Our website will remain in service 24/7 and our customer support team will continue to provide assistance during regular business hours
- Our warehouse team is performing thorough disinfection procedures every day to ensure the cleanliness of the fulfillment center; Our warehouse staff has been trained to wear protective gears including face masks and gloves while handling the packages and measuring body temperature daily to secure our warehouse’s safety
- In response to CDC’s guidance, we are offering flexibility for employees and education on maintaining personal and workspace hygiene
For any order placed after March 1st 2020, we’re extending our return policy from 30 days to 90 days.
