Shoecup's Response to COVID-19 & Delayed Order Shipping

Like so many of you, our Shoecup Family is made up of working parents, community members, and people just trying to navigate a new normal. Here’s what we’re doing to reduce the coronavirus spread, while working hard to take care our customers, vendors, and employees. 

For Our Customers--Shipping Information

As many of you are aware, California’s Governor Gavin Newsom announced a statewide stay-at-home order in an effort to minimize and control the spread of COVID-19, which applies to all Californian’s working in non-essential services and requires them to shelter in place and self quarantine in their homes. This order took effect at midnight on Thursday, March 19th, 2020.

As a result, our warehouse are not able to process any orders during this time. All your orders will ship out promptly in the order they are received when our warehouse is back to work.

Our customer service team is still available to answer your questions via email, text or chat. We will do our best to respond to your needs as quickly as possible. 

In full transparency, and likely similar to your city, our schools have closed. That means if you call our newly working-from-home customer service team, you may hear our children in the background. Possibly our pets too. Please be patient with us as we adapt to this new normal.

Return Information

For any order placed after March 1st 2020, we’re extending our return policy from 30 days to 90 days.

We will continue to monitor the current situation and adjust our operations as recommended by public health agencies and any and all directives of the relevant authorities.
