RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Domestic (USA)

You can open a return within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. (Return period extended to 60 days for orders placed between 10/01 and 12/24)


Upon opening a return request, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label from USPS. There is a fee of $3.00 per return label generated. You must pack and seal the items in suitable packaging prior to arriving at the carrier drop-off location; they will not pack your items for you.

Return Requirements

  • All returns requested within 30 days from the day of delivery will qualify for store credit or refund.
  • All items are only eligible for a full refund if they're received in new and unworn condition.
  • All items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Returns of large orders (wardrobing) whereas nothing is kept may result in 20% restocking fee. We encourage new customers to try our products to experience the look and feel before buying large quantities. We will not accept returns for product(s) used by agencies, photographers, models, photoshoots, or other promotional uses where many of the same item was ordered and then returned after the event. Please contact us if you have this need so that we may assist in advance or answer any questions.

 

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. We recommend that you insure your return package as Shoecup.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We accept returns within 45 days of the order date.
